"He Wanted To Be A Chef"
It was something innate in me really, from a young age. It makes me laugh, because my mom used to tell people from when i was 4 or 5 years old, “he wanted to be a chef,” that I wanted to be a chef, right? And it’s, it stuck with me. I don’t know why. I was drawn to the kitchen. I was drawn to being with my parents, helping them with the day-to-day, you know. One of the early memories, was cracking eggs with my dad on like a Saturday morning.
