The composition of this photo is incredible they chose the right time of day to take this photo with the sun that's setting which is also reflecting in the water, a graduation filter has been used making the blue sky look darker and also making the clouds dark as well, the rule of thirds applies as some of the clouds are along the line of the horizontal line.
