Thai Pork Laab (Laab Moo)
Another popular Thai/Lao dish, this Thai pork laab/larb is quite flavorful. This is probably one of my favorite salads too, cause it's a salad made of meat! Pork laab is made from ground pork, and has savory, spicy, sour, and nutty flavors. Along with the pork, the dish is flavored with chili flakes, fish sauce, lime juice, shallots, and fresh herbs. This Thai pork laab recipe makes enough for two large bowls for a meal or can be eaten as 4+ side dishes in a family style setting. Don't forget to make some sticky rice to go along with it.
