Mix together well and pour into a cast iron skillet that has been buttered. Bake this at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Once done, spread some cooked sausage on top along with pepperoni slices, more mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Place under Broil for 3-4 minutes. So good, my whole family liked it. Ingredients 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ¾ cup softened cream cheese ½ cup green yogurt 3 eggs 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional) Toppings: ground sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese .
