Hugo. This rich idiot is best of friends with Bass. he had a very strict and well funded childhood i should say and doesn't tell his parent that he is in a band since it wouldn't look good for his parents image. This guy is quick witted and does everything to not get caught in the bands shenanigans which doesn't bode to well with the rest of the band.
