Gourmet food in Tokyo, Monja-yaki. We mix flour, cabbage, mochi(rice cake), tarako(cod roe), shrimp, and whatever remained in your refrigerator(I like to add salted snacks;D)! Then paste them on hot plate and bake:) When we eat it, we use special spatula. With pushing on hot plate and stick a mouthful to spatula. It's like very thin Okonomi-yaki.
